The Screws were not placed correctly, there-fore the arms are loose. We got rid of the chair we have had for years prior, to surprise my husband for his Birthday. It feels like we are just stuck with it. Not happy with the purchase.

the company folds the back cover & when you open the cover up the logo stick together damaging the logo. I have called asking for a replacement cover & when I did, it happen again. If the company only put tissue between the folds before folding the cover up, then the logo will not stick.
