The chair looks good as long as you don't sit on it for more than 1 hour. No back support and you almost slip in the hole in the back. We are forced to put a pillow to cover the hole - very poor design.

We've had this chair for almost a year, and haven't had any problems. It was easy to assemble, although I regret that we didn't assemble it without the armrests- that's just a personal preference, though- if you like armrests, these are fine. A comfortable, attractive chair for the price...

We could never get the chair lift to work so I have used this at the lowest level ever since we put it together. It was too costly and not worth the time to return it. I would not recommend this chair.

Have been using this as our main computer station chair at home with no complaints. The only negative experience with it had nothing to do with the chair or O.com. Apparently there is something in the soft arm rests that our daughter's cat found tasty. When we came home from leaving it for a day, it had chewed pieces out of the arms. Our daughter made cloth covers for them :)
