The adjustable lumbar support features are great, and the chair is very comfortable. I chose the "LeatherPlus" for its durability because my cats would have a field day with a cloth cover.

I needed a computer chair for my home office, my computer is on a higher desk that normal chairs wouldn't reach. I decided to pay a little more for this one because of the look and the reviews. It came in one large box, rather quickly, and was a breeze to setup. So far its been very comfortable and seems durable, but it's not as comfortable as a more traditional computer chair, although that's to be expected. The back of the chair is rather large and can be a bit of an eyesore, depending on what's surrounding it. But overall it's great.

I've shopped at Overstock since 2000. I purchased this chair for a built in desk area for a newly remodeled kitchen with a countertop height of 36". The chair itself is nice and sturdy and the seat is comfortable. Shipping was extremely fast and the box arrived via Fedex opened as the tape used had failed. All of the required pieces were intact however. My biggest issue may be a personal one -- I'm 6'3" with long legs and I find the footrest to be unusable -- instead placing my feet on the caster area. Is a bit uncomfortable after an 8 hour day.
