The chair is very comfortable and sleek looking. The only problem is that it shows fingerprints very easily and they need to be removed with glass cleaner.

The chair looks very nice. Met my expectations. The handle to raise up and down is not very east and tends to jam. This happened within first month of use. Also, very comfortable seat and back.

This is a nice professional looking chair. Didn't take too long to assemble but wasn't a snap either. The only thing I'm finding is that is makes a whoopie cushion swoosh sound whenever someone sits in it. So I've learned to sit very gently and maybe that's doing wonders for my muscle tone. since I purchased it, I've seen others that were a little cheaper online, so I'm not sure it was a great value. But other than that, it's working out fine.
