The 'bad' news is that it arrived before the email saying that it had shipped! I had read all the other reviews before buying and had a little anxiety about how it would smell and how hard it might be to assemble and how far back it would tilt. All those concerns were moot. No odor issues whatsoever on this until. It simply smelled 'new.' The assembly was surprisingly easy and straight forward. Only one problem occurred and that was attaching the plate to the underside of the seat cushion. Look carefully for an arrow and the word Front stamped on this plate. I didn't see this and attached it backwards. This put the lever to raise and lower the seat on the left side which was a big clue. Also, it was tilted slightly downward in front, and nothing I could do would allow me to tilt backward. I got the message. I remounted the plate and THEN, saw the arrow + Front. Now, the lever is on the right side and when you pull it outward to the right, the chair tilts as it should. When you return to the upright position and push the lever inward, the seat locks upright. One more thing that might be helpful to you is a dimension that I couldn't find, but now know. With the arms attached, this chair will fit into a 25 inch wide space on my desk between the drawers! Finally, if you're looking for 'serious' lumbar support, it's not as robust as you might wish, but there is some lumbar support and as you probably already know, it is not adjustable as some car seats are. The fabric on the chair is very nice and a rich, chocolate color! Well done, Overstock!!

This is a great office chair! The price, look and comfort is fantastic. Can't go wrong if you purchase.

Accurately advertised. I'm very tall so that was key for me to adjust to my leg length. The color and materials are nice looking. Great deal for the price. If you look around for desk chairs I was surprised how expensive they can be. Well worth the money. Oh, by the way, no problem putting it together.

Great chair!!! Quality is better than I expected. Easy to put together. Material is strong and durable. Chair is expremely comfortable.

The adjustment knobs aren't perfect - but since they do not have to be changed often it workers fine. Easy cars fabric.

This is a great chair for the price. It's nice and wide and I like the lumbar support. You can adjust the height and whether you want to recline a bit or stay upright. It's a nice micro-fiber type material.

The chair is super comfy soft and just looks great! It was easy to assemble with good directions and matches the description and color described in the overview. Its a great buy considering price as well. Its a great purchase I would definitely recommend this.

My husband and I both find the chair very comfortable and because of the lumbar support has helped my back immensely. The color is true to the description and is a nice match to living room furniture, also the microfiber material. Hubby had no trouble assembling it. For the price we are both very pleased with it.

The only thing about this chair that I would complain about is that it does not tilt back. If you are used to an office chair which you can lean back in, this is not the chair for you. Had I not already put it together, I may have returned it because of this one feature it lacks. Otherwise, it is comfortable, is good quality, and looks nice.

I needed something to match my study color and did not want to spend a lot of money. This works for me. If you want a soft leather chair get something else that cost a little more money.

I ordered two of these for our study and they are wonderful. There's some rock to the back which is great for my back. My husband put them together so I'm not sure if they are difficult or not to assemble. He had no problem, but is also very handy. Very comfortable.

I love the chair just wish the arms were a bit higher thanks for speedy delivery!

The construction appears to be sturdy and the chair has a nice appearance. I have to say that it is the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever sat in. It wasn't worth the money to send it back. I purchased this because of the price and it had some good reviews. They must have received a different chair as this chair is NOT comfortable! I will be purchasing another one and this time I will sit in it first.

This is a beautiful chair--the color is true from the advertisement and has heavy plastic arms that won't get dirty.

I was definately impressed when this chair was assembled, Our office is in thel iving room so it matched perfectly with our brown microfibler sofa and loveseat. It's comfortable, beautifully made and I would definately recommend to a friend. I'm overjoyed with my chair and everything else I have gotten from Overstock.
