A very good chair with the exception that a bracket on one of them was broken Boss sent an incorrect part to fix it so am still trying to get the right piece. They have been very accommodating on the phone but communication has prevented getting the correct part so far. Still trying. Overall a great chair - the other one was perfect.

These are very nice chairs. Easy to assemble, however two out of the four I ordered had broken adjustment levers. I had to contact the original company for replacements (so far I have received one). The entire seat adjustment (3 paddles) are all on the same unit. If one goes out you have to replace the entire thing. Also, one of the levers to adjust the arms (in width) snapped on the first adjustment. It's not a big deal since you don't really use it. I only have one in use right now and the person using it says it's very comfortable and he is pleased. I don't know that I would purchase this desk chair again, but they were at a great price.

the chair is nice- solid, nuetral color, comfortable, but it arrived with the lever for raising the chair up and down broken clean off. to raise it we have to try to twist a steel bar forward-not easy. I'll be calling to see if a repair is possible, but if i have to tear apart and reship this big chair I'll probably just deal with the inconvienence and dissapointment of a broken chair.

Good value. Ease of adjustment just fine. Leaving all settings loose makes shifting position very easy. Arm rests could be a bit closer together to facilitate typing. Do bosses type any more? Would get 5 stars if fabric were softer and set cushier.

The only criticism that I have is that the chair arrived from FedEx with a leg sticking out one side and an adjustment handle sticking out the other side. FedEx apparently put the box on my porch and ran. They did not ring the bell and I presume they did not want to wait while I examined the product. The chair turned out to be fine, but I don't know if Overstock needs better boxes or if the box was mishandled by the shipper. The chair is exactly as presented. I spend a lot of time at my computer daily and I needed the waterfall seat in order to improve the circulation in my legs. (I recently had to have stents placed in the iliac arteries.) I do believe that the chair seat is helping that issue. The fabric is lovely and seems durable. All of the controls work well.

I've been using this chair for about a month. I bought it because it had good reviews regarding it's adjustability. For the price it is a great chair and very adjustable. I'm 5'5", 135lb and it fits me great when I adjust the armrests in all the way. The spring tension is adjustable and leans nicely.

This is the best chair. Easy to assemble, comfortable and the features are great. The price was excellent as was the shipping. Received sooner than the expected arrival date.

This chair is excellent. Fully adjustable, good armrests, great material (I got the black), good lumbar support and generally relaxing. The only thing I miss compared to my chair at work is I wish it tilted back further. My chair at work probably tilts back 65 to 75 degrees (which can feel unstable but doesn't tip over.) This chair tilts probably to 30 to 45 degrees which is enough. I looked all over overstock and compared; this is an excellent high-back chair. If you don't know high-back is a must. Sincerely, Chair user.

It is not too bulky to take up too much space. It is not as comfortable as other leather type executive chairs but it's good enough for me. Easy to assemble and nothing was broken, everything working the way it should: the two tilt controllers and the seat height adjustment. I am happy overall.

Thus far great purchase.....I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs a comfortable and multifunctional chair.

The chair construction is very good and the mulitple adjustments make the chair comfortable for a wide range of people. Components and materials are of a quality that is not seen in a retail office supply store but the price was excellent.

The Boss Ergonomic Executive Office Chair is a very good choice. Absolutely professional appearance that will fit in anywhere; reception desk, bosses chair, everything in-between. Assembly will require looking at the directions but is very easy with that guidance. Construction is sturdy and materials are significantly better than average. You will enjoy this chair and feel smart about the dollar amount invested.

I have purchased three of these chairs (in black) so far. The first one was for me and when I realized how comfortable, I purchase two more for gifts. The lumbar support is better than the chair I use at work that I'm told cost over $500! It is extremely comfortable on your back [and bum]. You can use with or without arms. I love the hydrolic lift to control seat height. The fabric is durable and after two years of daily use, is like new. No snags, pills, stains, or any sign of wear. I love this chair and the price!

I bought this chair for my little brother who left to college. He is using it in his dorm and had no trouble building it himself. He said it is comfortable and exactly what he wanted. I would recommend this chair and have no complaints about it yet.

This chair arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. The multiple adjustments on the chair allows one to make the chair very comfortable. I use the chair for extended periods in front of my computer and the ergonomic aspects of the chair enhances my ability to work long and well.
