If you are a large person (settlement due to age) this is the chair for you. Very comfortable, extremely easy to assemble, and works as good as it looks! I have been disappointed before with online purchases but this chair is wonderful. It took me weeks to finally choose this chair and I'm glad I did. I use this chair in my kitchen to scoot around the counters and island because I'm recovering from knee surgery. It's a pip!!!!

Easy to put together and well made. Description is correct. If one wants to keep options open, purchase the chair WITH arms, and if you do not want the arms, just do not install them for now. Also, if they are out of a particular color, wait a week as it may come in (was the case for me).

I needed an adjustable art stool for a drafting table in my house. I didn't want to spend tons of money and had to be within the right height range. The chair is good, but not great. Would've liked to have had seat angle adjustment options. There's just the one, and it feels like it's tipping downward just a bit. The materials are top quality and the instructions for assembly were easy to follow. One of the pre-drilled holes was out of line and had to be redone by us. Not a big deal, but annoying.

The chair was purchased for use with a higher than average desk. According to the description and specifications it should have been perfect. Once we put it together we discovered it was too high when used with the foot rest. it required a mechanic to get it apart again. When it was reassembled without the footrest it is a perfect height.The seat and backrest are very comfortable and well made. Upholstery is nice.

Our office was looking for some desk chairs that were taller than normal; we knew what the size needed to be and it was suggested we try overstock.com. We found exactly what we were looking for in these chairs - they are tall enough, stable enough and sturdy enough for hard office use - its a shame we don't have a need for more!

Hi, I liked the chair, but it came with an assembly manual that wasn't this model of chair. I think in the product description should state how chair can be adjusted, as back rest can't get adjusted further than what the bottom screw can. Good chair and does what it is supposed to do though

If you are in need of a tall work stool/chair, this is the one for you. I use this stool to sit at my radio/computer station in my "ham radio shack" I have knee issues and all of my desks and table are set taller to allow me to stand with out so much bending of my knees. This chair also has an option for some "Slides" that replace the wheels, these work great, they make the chair much more stable and you don't have the chair "rolling" out from under you when you lean forward in the chair. I had a similar chair at my work place that we paid over $300.00 for and it was not one bit better than this chair. I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs one for a taller work station.!

It is always a guess when one orders a chair that will take a lot of use online, however, this has been a great chair. Forces good posture, has good seat support and padding (5'6" 113#). I sit on this chair about 8 hours each day and walk home without any problems noted.

Pros: Easy to put together, wheels, foot rest, range of up-down and back rest, comfy wide swivel seat. Cons: The fabric has a stong "factory?" smell that takes a couple of weeks to fade away.
