You get what you pay for. Still a tad bit on the expensive side for an executive chair that's not authentic leather. The seat back is fairly comfortable, but the seat cushon isn't too comfortable. The cushon isn't packed enough, so when you sit for more than an hour, you start to feel it hardening up because you're actually sitting on whatever it is that's hard inside. I think the cushon and the back is made with the yellow spongy stuff, so it's not too comfortable. You could always unzip them and stuff some cotton or whatever you want for more added comfort. It only took maybe 20 minutes to asemble it by myself. The air piston for adjusting height works fine, you just have to push the lever a little harder than other chairs. But my final thought would be, if you're going to pay $100+ bucks for a chair, you might as well make sure it's comfortable, even if it costs a little extra. The chair also squeaks a little whenever you move around in it, and I believe the hard plastic the feet the chair is made of is supposed to be shaved of sharp edges, but whoever was shaving my chair left a few sharp edges still on, so I cut my feet a couple times when using the chair barefoot. But I just took some sissors and shaved them smooth. The chair doesn't really recline, maybe only an inch at most. The armrests are hard plastic, and not long nor high enough for my liking.

As soon as you sit on it, you will appreciate the Boss Leather chair's comfort and soft leather. It was exceptionally easy to put together, the directions were clear, and it only took about 15 minutes. The chair looks nice and its height can be easily adjusted. The only thing I don't like is that I cannot adjust the angle of the seat back. I am not very tall and would have liked it if I could adjust the back. Otherwise, though, I am very happy that I purchased this chair.

I want to start off by saying the chair is elegant and beautiful. The Boss is well designed, sturdy, and gives a sense of well thought out craftsmanship. The price I paid for it makes it a steal. I had a few problems putting it together by myself, but I was able to overcome that issue with patience. The screws were a hassle when adding the arms to the chair, and the back to the seat, but that was the only problem. My daughter loves the feel and texture of the leather and my wife finds it comfortable. The arms are well placed and angled to allow for easy comfort. I live in a condo, so the size of the Boss is excellent. I wish that the chair could rock backwards, or adjust so that it tilts backwards more, but that would defeat the benefits of having an ergonomically correct chair. All in all the Boss lives up to its name.

I am always impressed with the O's speed in shipping. Except @ Christmas...just a heads up. The chair was incredibly easy to put together. I wish I had noticed the arms in the picture and payed closer attention to the details, hard plastic and thin. I have to admit, it did not have enough cushion for a 200 pound man, Healthy at 6' to say the least. I would recommend for a student or maybe a tallish woman or thinner man. It was a good buy when I caught it. But have seen better padding on less expensive models. Looks nice. With a decorative pillow to sit on it works well enough.for me. I especially like the tilt function.

For the most part it was easy to assemble. The only problem which others have noted is the instructions tell you to put the plate underneath the seat on backwards. The knob is supposed to be in the front...not the back (placement in the back prevents the chair from tilting). The manufacturer's website contains a good picture of the completed product. Other than that, the chair looks very nice in my husband's office and he loves the back support.

I based my decision to purchase this chair upon previously posted reviews, so I hope this one is posted for the good of other customers. The box arrived broken; none of the parts had any protection. Instead all the parts were just thrown into a bare box. The arms were scratched and rubbed. The chair itself has no support for the back - it simply screws into plasic arms at the sides. The seat is hard and flat and I do not believe the "leather" is real leather.

This chair is comfortable. It would help to have a second person put it together. One to hold it in place or wait until the end to put the wheels on. When you are screwing it together and applying pressure to the screw driver it wants to move across the floor.

This chair provides me with the needed comfort of ergonomic styling and it looks great in my home office. It was easy to put together and took only 20 minutes.

This chair was a bargain. After searching ergonomic chairs on other sites, this was a no-brainer. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Love the lumbar support for the back.

I received this chair very quickly after ordering it and I was pleasantly surprised. After reading other reviews I was concerned about the assembly and about the supposed lack of ability to recline the chair. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself. All the parts fit where the were supposed to and I didn't need any power tools. I did, however, realize after I was done that I had put the metal bracket (which has the adjustment mechanisms) on backwards. The diagram is misleading and I didn't notice that the bracket actually indicates on it which way is "front". With the bracket on backwards the seat was in a stiff upright position. Once I reversed the position of the bracket the adjustments worked perfectly and the chair reclines perfectly. I used a hammer to knock in the screw hole plugs. As I only just got the chair, it remains to be seen whether they will stay put. They seem to be in there snuggly. Great looking and comfortable chair at a great price. Buy it.

Great price, comfortable, adjustable, excellent value! I could have used an extra pair of hands during assembly, but it wasn't difficult to assemble by myself.

This is a very nice desk chair for the money.Rolls very easily.The only thing not mentioned in the description was that the arms are not padded..they are hard plastic.

It's a decent chair at a decent price. The right side rear screw was threaded wrong and pops out and the chair feels cheap when you sit in it. Looks great from a distance though.

This chair looks okay, but it was hard to put together by myself, and once I did, I think I must have done something wrong. The tilt of the seat is so uncomfortable that if it is intentional it's not designed to fit the human body. I feel like I'm falling out of it all the time. I looked at the directions a million times but I can't figure out what if anything I did wrong. The pneumatic lever doesn't work either. I should send it back. This chair is awful.

this chair looked good when first assembled, but after my son sat in it for about a week it started leaning to the side. I was very disappointed with the quality. It took about 20 minutes to put the chair together.

We really like this chair. Would buy again. Easy to put together. The lift arm is a little hard to pull (for me, not my husband) but that's a minor issue.
