This pen is pretty good for the money. It's a pretty obvious rip off of a Hinderer. It's a bit too big, especially compared to the Hinderer or CRKT Tao. It's also noticeably NOT straight due to lower quality machining. But for the money, yeah, it's great.

Fellow Shoppers, this Tactical pen conceals the writing part under the blunt end. To find the writing tool, gently grasp the "upper" part ( around the clip ) with one hand, and with your other hand, grasp the "lower" part ( around the pointy metal tip ) - and gently pull apart to find the concealed pen. I had not previously owned one of these pens and started taking it apart using pliers and damaged the black finish in doing so. WARNING !!! Do NOT take pen apart carelessly ! When you have to replace the ink cartridge - unscrew the pen with care. If you are not cautious the pen can fly apart due to the spring in the interior. This happened to me and I almost lost part of the pen and the spring. *** Be sure to point the pen away from your eyes ! *** This pen came with black ink and no instructions. The pen is aluminum and the photo clearly shows the striking tip and clip holder. When uncapped, the pen points away from the metal striking tip. The cap fits will fi...

Sensa is well known for its premium Japan made pens. I have been using this brand for years. Pay special attention to the color of the pen. The silver (pearl) ones are usually the least expensive. You can save a lot of money if you don't mind silver (pearl).

Using a good writting pen is a must with me and my fellow nurses. This is one of the best that I have ever used and often I will give it as a gift. The design is comfortable and the size is perfect. The pen retracts with just a twist and it can be carried safely in the pocket without leaving ink stains which for Nurses is an absolute must. The only problem with this pen is that light fingered people want to pick it up and take it with them. So you must be careful that it is not carried off by an admirer. The first one that I got had a Fisher Space pen refill in it which is a pressurised refill that will write under any circumstances. It will also take a Cross Pen refill. I love these pens and have been a long time devotee. Many Thanks for an outstanding product.
