The ink cartridge worked fine after a couple of install attempts. Unlike the other ink cartridges that I have purchased, this brand had to be rotated in a certain way to "blacken" the sides of the cartridge so that the sensors in the printer would "see" the ink and accept it as a full cartridge. Crazy. Of course there were no instructions or explanation on this. Just a arrow on a sticker. Once I figured out what was going on and performed the required rotation, everything worked fine.
