Waste of Time The clock case is beautiful. Sadly the clock hand movements don't work. There is a flimsy plastic dial to adjust volume. Volume range seems to be from weak to weaker sound. If it were a functioning clock which kept time, I would have kept it. The ring the clock has to hang from is a good inch from the back of the clock. It plays two tunes one being Westminster. The pendulum is light weight. The back of it is unknown metal and I'm assuming the front is plated brass. Streaks are visible in the polish job upon close inspection. Clock requires three AA batteries. The glass front and clock face are well done. I am returning this item. I'm now wary of this brand name.
