Good looking chair, short on comfort and features
The chair has a nice, modern, refined look. It doesn't look like the generic leather manager's chair that are a dime a dozen at the big box office supply stores. Not the most comfortable chair I've owned. The padding is very firm, but I think it's softened over the couple of weeks I've been using it. The only adjustments you can make to the chair are (i) height and (ii) full chair recline. I.e. the back of the chair doesn't recline independent of the seat- the entire seat leans back. If I had my way I would have the back recline independent of the seat, and would add the ability to adjust the lumbar and seat depth. Overall a good looking chair, but short on features.

Wowie Zowie!!!!!!
I must say this task chair is more then I expected. I have back problems but sitting in this chair at my computer for long hours is very therapeutic and relaxing. it's not all soft and cushy but right on the money!!!!! It has a very nice retro look to it, very pleasing lines. Delivery was fast and there was no damage! I highly recommend this product!!!!!
