I am very budget minded. I also have a bad back and need a full support chair. This chair has it all. Open-weave back so my back does not get too hot. Adjustable lumbar support that fits just right. Arms that adjust to where I need them. Seat is wide and comfy. Wheels that let the chair glide effortlessly. Price is less than the usual for this chair. The leather seat for the price of other website cloth seat . Nex to nothing in shipping cost. Assembled in minutes. It was a little bulk getting it to flip back over after screwing the back on. Very sturdy comfortable chair.
I was reluctant to buy such an expensive chair, only to have the wrong chair again (we have gone thru many many chairs - now all out on the back porch), BUT THIS CHAIR IS A KEEPER! Hubby has had 5 back surgeries, is 6/5" tall, 220#, and it is hard to find a good fit for him! He uses it in the living room and LOVES IT! Only wish the arm rests went higher, and the back reclined just a little, but we can live without these features...it works great! COMFORTABLE!! Glad to have bought it!
I AM A BIG & TALL GUY AND WAS ALWAYS UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT IN WEAK UNCOMFORTABLE OFFICE CHAIRS. I FELT LIKE THEY WOULD BREAK . BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THIS CHAIR I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE HIGH QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP IN THE CHAIR. IT IS VERY STURDY AND ADJUST TO MY HEIGHT AND ARM LENGTH . IT IS SO COMFORTABLE I WILL DRAG IT INTO THE LIVING ROOM TO WATCH TV . I CHECKED SEVERAL STORES AND AND THEY SOLD THEM UP TO $680.00. OVERSTOCK HAD THE BEST PRICE. AND ASSEMBLY WAS EASY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR FOR ALL THE BIG AND TALL PEOPLE OUT THERE.
This chair has made all the difference for me. As a fibromyalgia sufferer, I have found sitting up to work excruciatingly uncomfortable after the first hour or so. Now I can put in a full day's work. No miracles here, but it brings the pain down to a level at which I can function though still stiff when I get up and try to walk. If this chair can make such a difference in my life, it must do wonders for others not so impaired. I am pleased and wish I had purchased this years ago.
I purchased this chair for my husband. He needed a strong, large, comfortable chair for his work and what he had was hurting his back. This chair has been great! He loves the mesh back (which is quite sturdy and doesn't look like it will pull out!) has it keeps him cooler during the warmer months. Good value from what we could find locally at our office supply stores!
