I was thrilled to find a chair for a large person and totally overlooked that you need to be a very TALL large person. The width was great - but the seat at it's lowest setting was just TOO HIGH to work for me. Second big disappointment was the fact that the seat is rock hard and the lumbar support minimal. I tried giving the chair to my very tall husband - he sat down in it and also pronounced it way too hard. Now I'm stuck with a chair we can't/won't use - so a total waste of money for me.....
