It's not just that this lateral file cabinet is sturdy and a great value, and has everything you need to hang files, and came fully assembled, it's that I had trouble with another file cabinet that I ordered arriving damaged and then when I ordered it again, the second one arrived in worse shape (neither time was it the shipper's fault; it had obviously been packed already damaged by the manufacturer), and each time I had the problem, customer service at Overstock.com (once as a live chat; the other time on the phone - the old-fashioned way!) was so helpful and courteous and sympathetic. That's important. That's what makes me choose Overstock over other sites. They even gave me a discount for my troubles. And I believe, though I can't be sure, the shipping was expedited; the file cabinet arrived in 2 days (instead of 7 - 10 days)! Thank you Overstock.com!!!
