Over the years, I have tried (and discarded) a number of office chairs trying to find one that I could use for hours and hours on end. This chair was what I was looking for. I have used it for over a year now and it still is comfortable and solid. I am 6'6" and over 300 lbs and the adjustable arms height AND width were a blessing. I did have to replace two wheel casters after a year of daily use, but I think that is caused by the weight I put on the chair! The manufacturer was more than ready to help when I needed the replacements. Recommend this chair to big people everywhere. When / if I need a new chair, it will be this one again. Cannot beat it for the comfort or price.

All in all, this chair, was priced just right, looked great, built perfectly wit no complaints from me for any squeaks or any weak materials and was pretty easy and straight forward in the assembly.But I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the smell. It took over 2 weeks to get the "new furniture" smell out and it was Extremely strong. The smell was too strong for me the first week. Left it out in my garage, and the smell still stuck through it.I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone but will warn them of the super strong new chair smell.

I received the chair within two days of ordering, really fast! The only real problem that I had was that he cover for the tilt controls was not secured correctly, but four washers later and it works fine.The chair is comfortable and is exactly what I was looking for. I read other reviews stating it is heavy and does not roll well and they were right (at least on carpet). Outside of that, I'm very happy with the chair.

I'm really surprised at the rave reviews because this chair does not offer adequate back support. What's missing is a tilt-forward function (mentioned by at least one other reviewer), which is actually very important. Everyone has a different shape and the ability to control how much active support the chair provides you is a key component of its comfort. To get adequate support, we literally have to push our backs into the chair, which makes it uncomfortable. My husband and I are both around 5"9, between 150-180 lbs, and quite fit. I do yoga and pilates. But after sitting on this chair for 1 hour, my back hurt. Same with my husband. Disappointed. The return policy essentially deducts half the value from the chair, just because we opened the packages and put it together. What a drag...

Well made chair ,heavy construction. Assembly easy,if the manufacturer would make the included allen wrench one inch longer, a person could assemble this chair in 10 minutes...a monkey in 15-20.
