As Old Folk with a tiled breakfast area, we were looking for chairs to replace the 10 yr old ones that we had paid twice this price for and had now worn out. I bought one to try and as soon as it passed my wife's inspection; I ordered three more. They seem to be great quality and have easy assembly. Be sure to follow the instructions and not tighten anything fully until all is assembled. The fits are that tight !!
I do like the looks of the chair since it's not a shiny vinyl. And the frame finish and nail head detail are well done. It's nice for my pc desk and den. My only issue, and it's a good one, the seat has a huge hill in the center so when you sit, you actually roll to the side. It doesn't appear to be that way until you sit in it. I hope the cushion flattens out over time. I already cut up the box so I guess I'm stuck with the chair. Sorry, but that's why I give it only a 'fair' rating.
We purchased these chairs for use with a small conference table in our offfice. They look great, sit comfortably, and the price-well, judge for yourself! We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend to others!
I ordered 2 of these chairs for my daughter's new real estate office, and they are great! For a guest chair, they are very comfortable. And with the castors, easily roll up close to the desk for signing papers, etc. I only gave them a 4 for ease of assembly, but mainly because I am mechanically challenged (lol). Fortunately my son-in-law came in while I was working on the first one. He had the other one done, then finished the one I was working on in short order.
They seem to be quite sturdy (I'm not petite!) and should serve her well for some time.
Even though they aren't leather, the vinyl has a nice leather look. Not "cheap" looking at all.
Delivery time was good - about 6 or 7 days (free shipping).
