I do like the looks of the chair since it's not a shiny vinyl. And the frame finish and nail head detail are well done. It's nice for my pc desk and den. My only issue, and it's a good one, the seat has a huge hill in the center so when you sit, you actually roll to the side. It doesn't appear to be that way until you sit in it. I hope the cushion flattens out over time. I already cut up the box so I guess I'm stuck with the chair. Sorry, but that's why I give it only a 'fair' rating.
We purchased these chairs for use with a small conference table in our offfice. They look great, sit comfortably, and the price-well, judge for yourself! We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend to others!
Good chair, not great for back support. Easy to put together, and looks pretty classy once done.
I ordered 2 of these chairs for my daughter's new real estate office, and they are great! For a guest chair, they are very comfortable. And with the castors, easily roll up close to the desk for signing papers, etc. I only gave them a 4 for ease of assembly, but mainly because I am mechanically challenged (lol). Fortunately my son-in-law came in while I was working on the first one. He had the other one done, then finished the one I was working on in short order. They seem to be quite sturdy (I'm not petite!) and should serve her well for some time. Even though they aren't leather, the vinyl has a nice leather look. Not "cheap" looking at all. Delivery time was good - about 6 or 7 days (free shipping).

I will admit to find that the chairs i had ordered I thought were to be BOSS brand but when they came in the were manufactured by Norstar which is exactly what I was trying to avoid as we had problems with these chairs in the past. But once we recieved them we noticed they had several knicks on the wood work as well as a mark or scratch of some sort on the vinyl. So though the price was good, the product and how it was recieved was a disappointment.
