The
chair is ver comfortable, exactly what I wanted. When the chair was
shipped to me, the box was detroyed. The box looked like it had been
run over by a truck. Luckly, the parts were not damaged. However, the
arm and wheels of the chair were not included in the shipment. I called
the manufacturer and they said they will have the parts shipped
immediately. That was not the case. I called again after waiting for 2
weeks and no parts. I was told they had no record of my order. Long
story short, I eventually received the missing parts 2 weeks later.
I purchased this chair for my daughter who is in college and had it shipped direct to her. She said the assembly was easy and she loved the way it looked in her new apartment.
