i absolutely love my new chair! the lumbar support is great. i'm actually happy my old one broke so that i had to buy a new one. it is now the most comfortable seat in the house!!

The chair is really comfortable for long hours at the computer or desk or even as an armchair. We don't get up from it to take a coffee break or chat with a visitor although we have other soft armchairs in the same room! It looks very elegant and is not too big or clumsy. The chair was a gift for my daughter who has gone back to school online to get her degree and she loves it. The assembly instructions were quite clear but it took both my daughter and me to get it put together (we are both small, light women).

Overall the chair is confortable; however, it was very hard to assemble and time consuming. Each piece is seperate and therefore has to be put together. The screws were already screwed in for the bottom, so I had to unscrew them and then screw them back in once I figured out how the chair was supposed to be put together. Also the workmaship is questionable since I have to tighten the screws or put them back into the sides and back of the chair because they pop out all the time. Also the warning of weight needs to be put on the description online. I am not saying that I am fat but having a limit of only 250 pounds is not a good limit because I only have 25 lbs of leaway before I have to get rid of this chair. Once assembled this is a good looking chair but I would not want to have it in my office or give it to my boss because I would be afraid that it would break.

The chair was shipped quickly. I was able to assemble it in about 15 minutes. It was shipped with all the bolts already in place, so all you had to do was remove and put the pieces together and rebolt. That made it nice so you didn't have to worry about figuring out which bolt went where. Seems to be good quality chair. Very comfortable. Would recommend.

Perfect for a student and everyday casual use. Took me 15 minutes to put together alone, and I'm not mechanically inclined. I read the other comments before I bought it, and thought it would be a nightmare to put it together, but it wasn't. I'm glad I bought it.
