This is a great chair! I needed back support and this provides it, plus it is comfortable all around. Easy to put together, took me about 15 minutes. I ordered two for an art work station; I checked around and this was THE best price out there. I received my order quickly too. A definite A+++++
I had been looking for a chair to help save my back, but I didn't want to spend a fortune. I am a baker/cake decorator and it was getting too hard standing for long periods of time decorating my cakes. This chair has been great, especially with the wheels, I can move from one area to the other very easily. It was missing a few parts, but the service dept sent them right out. I would purchase again.
chair is very comfortable and has helped my back since getting, and moves around very easily on casters. my only complaint is the assembly instructions were a bit vague, but I eventually figured it out just by looking at it.
