After 25 years it was time to replace my office chair. I am not one for purchasing anything over the internet or through a catalog without seeing it first. However, knowing Overstock.coms reputation, and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Upon receipt, which took about 1 week, I opened the carton which was nicely packed, I laid out the pieces. Assembly took no more than 15 minutes. Unlike a prior reviewers comments, I found the arms easily attached. I placed the seat and back on its side, lined up one hole and hand set the first screw, then lined up the seat and did the same. Then tightened with a screw driver.
All other assembly was fairly easy. I suggest this be assembled on a rug or carpet so as not to scuff the leather. Overall, for the money, you can't beat this chair. Easy adjustable height mechanism. The back does rock, so it is a comfortable chair. I would say the material is leatherette, not pure leather. How long it will last remains to be seen, however, it is definitely worth the selling price.

according to my son this chair is awesome. very comfortable, a little tricky to assemble for one person but worth it. what you get for the price is amazing!!!

Chair is very comfortable however after having it for a few months the base of the chair broke and a short time after the arm rest broke. Replacement parts are available at no cost except for the shipping. Chair is not very good quality. Looking for another chair that wont fall apart or break but just as comfortable.

Back is to low when sitting back no support for the head and neck.
