I received this chair and it looks good, but the arms didn't fit well with the back and I could not get the screws to go in. Also when you sit in the chair you feel like you're going to fall out the front. Quite disappointing.

The chair is very comfortable, the price was great and the delivery timely. Only drawback: the box had a big hole in it (which scared me), but inside the box the chair was just fine.

Very disappointed in the chair. It does not rock. It is suppose to be ergonomic but the lumbar support does not rest on your back. Overall it appears OK but not the chair I was looking for. I would not have purchased this chair if sat in it. I really don't like the chair. Wish I would have gotten something else.

Chairs look very nice. A little stiff, not for everyday desk use. Perfect for upgrade to conference room!!

This chair is comfortable. It would help to have a second person put it together. One to hold it in place or wait until the end to put the wheels on. When you are screwing it together and applying pressure to the screw driver it wants to move across the floor.

Decent Chair. Soft Leather. Good Support. But darn thing is harder to put together than necessary because the bolts going into the chair top and bottom pieces through the arm rests are short and because the the female/nut part of this (where the bolts go) on the chair is poorly executed

This chair provides me with the needed comfort of ergonomic styling and it looks great in my home office. It was easy to put together and took only 20 minutes.

You get what you pay for. Still a tad bit on the expensive side for an executive chair that's not authentic leather. The seat back is fairly comfortable, but the seat cushon isn't too comfortable. The cushon isn't packed enough, so when you sit for more than an hour, you start to feel it hardening up because you're actually sitting on whatever it is that's hard inside. I think the cushon and the back is made with the yellow spongy stuff, so it's not too comfortable. You could always unzip them and stuff some cotton or whatever you want for more added comfort. It only took maybe 20 minutes to asemble it by myself. The air piston for adjusting height works fine, you just have to push the lever a little harder than other chairs. But my final thought would be, if you're going to pay $100+ bucks for a chair, you might as well make sure it's comfortable, even if it costs a little extra. The chair also squeaks a little whenever you move around in it, and I believe the hard plastic the feet the chair is made of is supposed to be shaved of sharp edges, but whoever was shaving my chair left a few sharp edges still on, so I cut my feet a couple times when using the chair barefoot. But I just took some sissors and shaved them smooth. The chair doesn't really recline, maybe only an inch at most. The armrests are hard plastic, and not long nor high enough for my liking.

This chair was a bargain. After searching ergonomic chairs on other sites, this was a no-brainer. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Love the lumbar support for the back.

I purchased this chair for my son for Christmas. This chair is made of top grade, high quality components and the leather upholstry is thick and durable. The chair was extremely easy to assemble with common tools and the instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this chair.

Not good at all since it does not bend. The chair looks good in appearance but it is not ergonomically ready. If I had an option should have this chair returned.
