I ordered this chair for my home office where I work full-time.The chair looks very professional. The only thing is the zipper on the bottom of the chair back is broken in one part, but I think it's only a minimal aesthetic issue...hopefully. I am a kinda curvy girl and I find that the seat is very comfortable. The arms are about an inch shorter than I would prefer (my elbows don't touch the arms when I'm resting my arms, but instead hover about half-inch or inch above)...but I don't normally make use of the arms on chairs anyway. The back of the chair is comfortable. I am about 5'7 and when I lean back I can kinda rest my head with the top of the chair back hitting at the top of the back of my neck where my hairline begins.
Chair looked good, but arms cracked after one month and could not be repaired. Very disappointed as a regular OS customer. Poor construction, cheap quality....
