The product is what I saw on the website. The wheels, however, are a little slippery on the hardwood floor. When I tried to sit on it, the chair scooted away from me too quickly.

I am very pleased with the stool. It was easy to put together and even though it looks very "medical" it is perfect for what I need. It raises and lowers very easily. It is high enough that i can use it at my sewing table.
