This simple device along with locally obtained "patty papers" allows you to turn out large numbers of perfect patties....I actually bought one for my older, sausage making uncle, who was impressed while using mine...

The patty maker was delivered on time as promised, The unit needs a little adjustment to get the right patty size . You have to measure your product. But is constructed of heavy cast and should last . I could see it being used in a commercial application for example. Quite pleased with the use so far to get that perfectly shaped fresh homemade custom burger.

I've only used it a few times but am happy with my purchase so far. The hamburger doesn't stick to the sides like my old plastic one does. The patties come out a good size, not too big or too small.

Though a bit on the heavy side, this unit is very industrial and looks like it will last 1000 years.You do not need to overstuff the burger meat in the unit. Roll into a ball and place in the middle and press down. You can adjust the thickness of the burger by the top screw.This is a great press to pre make lots of burgers for a BBQ. To make one or 2 for dinner, you are better off just making them by hand.Though the unit is dishwasher safe, make sure to unscrew the top part to really clean it out.I like it. I think it is a cool addition to any kitchen.

Brilliant product, a very great pity they do not sell it here.In England we call it a burger press,and I have looked hard for a good one now I have found it.

...my family has always made their own patties...it is now so much easier with this product...the adjustable depth allows for the perfect burger...I am now using it to make veggie burgers; and it performs well.
