very comfortable pillow; helps find a nice comfort level in different chairs

I got this to help ease some back pain when I drove, but it didn't really help. It was more annoying than anything else. I have used it rolled up in its case as a pillow when i travel in the car and I'm not driving.

I purchased pillow for lumbar support while driving. Pillow is very soft needs to be firmer. Would help if pillow was a bit larger. I went with the memory foam because it is normally very dense and heavy this pillow is not.

Using the pillow in my car has certainly helped lessen the pain when getting out of the seat..
