I love this vacuum!
After falling in love with the bronze Dyson DC14, I decided to try the Proteam instead, and I absolutely LOVE it! I love the height (incredible!), the ease of use, the option to turn on only suction vs. the brush head with suction (great for going from carpet to tile to rugs, etc.), the variety of attachments--it is awesome!!! I love how durable it is--with four kids, I need it to be user-friendly enough that it will withstand banging into furniture and doorways! The customer service from Great Vacs is phenomenal. Thank you for answering all my questions and e-mails, and helping me choose a fabulous vacuum!

I "ve been waiting for a deal on this machine since I saw it. I cant stand the bagless units because you get more dust emtying them. An orek exterior bag will fill with crud. the direct feed of dirt to the bag , the 2 speed motor,no stupid headlight All this and more means a very good machine the electrolux that power team bought is what i am replacing with this unit after 22 years
