do not get this product- replacement filters are hard to find plus they are over priced the filters only last for 3 months not the 6 months that they say -

They seem to be working very well. I have only had them a couple of weeks. They are not as quiet as I had hoped they would be, kind of loud in my opinion. Just have to turn the t.v. up louder, lol. But my allergies are much better and dust doesn't build up quite so fast since I have been using them. For the price and quantity they're hard to beat!

I suffer from allergies and so do three of my children. I had been searching around for one and was so glad I came to overstock where I could get two for the price of one. I ordered it came the next day! and I put one in each bedroom and in my living room and what a difference with the air.....we have one dog and his hair bothers me but with these running its like breathing in fresh air.....thank you OverStock for having these.....I am thinking about getting two for my daughter when she moves they make great gifts....I must say you just never know what you can find at Overstocked and I am always happy with my purchases.

I got two of these for the price of one and what a deal. One of them has been doing such a good job, I didn't need the other. I gave it to a friend who has cats. She said the air quality of much better since she got this. I know the air quality in my room is so much better, I don't wake up with headaches any more. I love Overstock.

My 6-year-old and I suffer from allergies so we decided to see if purifiers really help. I really didn't expect much but I noticed that I could breathe better within 30 minutes. This is our first air purifier purchase so can't compare to others. I am going to buy 2 more and will definately have one from now on.

i recently had a flood in my apartment from upstairs negligance..i ordered the hunter hepa ironizer air purifiers...wow!! they are great took the stale smell out of my apartment and i noticed for the first time in months my cats and i had less allergic attacks...it is great to breath clean air in the house...i would reccommend this product to anyone...thankyou

Overstock always gives good service and products, from my personal experiences, and I trust the ratings and reviews of other purchasers. The Air Cleaners work wonderfully and make a difference in the rooms quite quickly (which surprised me). My husband has allergies and he noticed a difference in his sleep the first night (again, I did run the machine in a closed room immediately upon receiving it). I plan on purchasing additional units; and since I've not had to purchase additional filters yet, I'll save that review until later. Shipping was excellent, as always and the product arrived just as promised.

I read the 1 star review before I purchased these units. I am very pleased with them for the first week. I have noticed a reduction of allergy symptoms. I own several cats and one of them has breathing problems. I have noticed a significant improvement in less than a week in his breathing also. I owned some Sharper Image ionizers for many years before they quit on me. Plus they have issues with leaving wall stains even using the recommed distance. I think these purifiers are better. The only reasons I gave these 4 stars is the noise on anything over the "sleep" function. I do like the option of more powerful functions but they are noisy. They can be used as needed. I have not experienced any replacement filter costs but so far so good.

These are a great buy! I have one in my great room and one at the other end of the house,and can honestly say my allergies stopped. Between the cat and dog hair I am usually sneezing but these have done the trick! Worth having to get filters for them but would recomend them to anybody with allergies.

I noticed an immediate difference in air quality in my home after getting these. They are a little loud on the medium and high speed but not any more so than another brand I purchased. No need to worry about the "refurbished" state. They came boxed with all manuals and paperwork required.

I had new hardwood floors installed and the smell from the products used on the floor were very strong. I turn on the air purifiers and the odor was eliminated within hours. I still run the air purifiers because it make my home feel as though the windows are open and flesh air is coming into the rooms.

This is the second set that I ordered. Works great - we have them all over our house and it makes a big difference. I have very bad allergies, and my allergies have improved since purchasing this product.

The first thing that caught my attention to this item was the price. The value was great & worth every penny. I bought this when I moved into my new apartment over a month ago to help w/ the paint fumes & also for my allergies which have been getting worse as I get older. I have one unit in my bedroom & the other in the living room. It is a little bulky, but light enough to move around to other areas. So far I haven't had to dust as often as I have in other places I've lived. The ticking noise made me nervous @ first because I didn't know why it kept making that sound (until after I read the manual), but I got used to it & because I have the Ionizer on almost all the time, it's not quite as loud or frequent. I bought another set for my office because my office mate is from a culture that does not practice the use of deodorant. I haven't had it long enough to test if it works on those type of odors, but thought it might help some. I also liked the other review betters on this item than on other items in this category.

I just couldn't pass up this deal, I've been looking for one for a long time but now I have two for the price of one!!! I have these purifiers running 24/7 since I got them, no problems whatsoever. They blend in with any decor, very quiet & no more pet smells in the house, now that's a bonus in itself. The filters are a little pricey from what I can find on the web but I'm sure that's few & far between in changing them.

So far, so good. I've only had the purifiers for a couple of months but I've noticed a difference. I have a german shepherd in a 2 bedroom apt and I no longer smell dog when I come home. Hoping this will also help with Georgia allergies. Only time will tell.

I bought these for my mom because my dad smokes and she has allergies! They are a lot quieter than I expected. I am going to be buying her one for each room! I definitely would reccomend this product. Very user friendly!

The fact that you get two of these purifiers for this price is incredible. We put one in each child's bedroom. They come pre-assembled and ready to plug in. The three settings are nice and the low is very quiet. When the ionizer is on, there is an occasional "snap" sound (not unlike a mosquito zapper) so I usually run the ionizer during the day but not when the kids are sleeping. Overall I am very pleased and the price was certainly right.

The filters appear to work well but do not filter smoke as well as hoped.

Great looking air cleaner. Extremely quiet on sleep mode. We've only had it a short time, so I can't really comment on durability, but it is made well. I looked around a LOT to find a quality cleaner that was reasonable; I read many great reviews on this product, and we now agree. Buy one!

Absolutely what we were looking wanted. Each ionizer works for one whole floor of the house. Perfect!
