Despite the reviews I took a chance on these and they turned out great. Yes, the feet do need some type of felt pad attached but that's not very difficult.Otherwise I found the quality to be good.

I ordered two of these lovely angel jewelry boxes crafted by fine artisians. One was pristine; and the other looked like this particular artisian was nipping on the egg nog prior to crafting his ware. It had obvious flaws that would compare to a child's rendering from kindergarten. The size of the jewelry boxes surprised me as I was expecting standard sized jewelry boxes. It would be more appropriately described as a ring box. The one box made a lovely gift and although the other was also sent off due to time restraints to my sister, it would only be appropriate to send a follow-up gift to make up for the shoddy appearance. I think it's a bit of a gamble on the quality.

The boxes were okay, I was expecting something a lot nicer. I don't think they are worth the money
