this is a very poor product. Once we finally got it to fly, it only went in circles. I do not think the wings are durable - but we wont be wasting our time to find out how long they last. I bought this for my 9 yrd old and 7yr old who have flown planes before. they were very frustrated and dissappointed with these. after trying for hours (with Dad helping) they decided the planes were not worth the time or effort and said to "return them to the store"! I only wish there had been a review! we also bought remote control cars for our 5yr old twins. The car remotes interferred with the one of the airplanes which was an ordeal! (the airplanes have 2 different frequencies. one of which was the same as both of the cars). luckily the planes didnt fly or several times we wouldve had an airplance flying through the house while someone was using a car outside! (just incase you plan on buying cars also!)

i bought these for my 8 and 10 year old sons; one lasted 1 day and the other one 3 days; they never took off the ground.

My 11 year old son played with them briefly and then lost interest. The planes are not the sturdiest quality, and they must be flown in an open area. This might be a better fit for a child around 7-9 years of age.

I bought this item for a friends daughter and it was great. Very easy to fly and worth the money even more.

I bought this product knowing that remote control items usually don't last too long in my house hold. For the price this is a good airplane. The rechargable battery is a bit delicate and we had to use the battery from the second plane for both ... the plane flies great. Land on the grass for longer wear. Easy for a 10 year old to operate on his own.

I recently bought these for my son and nephew and they loved playing with them! For a price like this, you definitely get your money's worth and more! I agree with some of the other reviewers, though. I would recommend landing these on grass rather than cement and gravel.

For the price, these are great. Model airplanes are expensive - if you think for this price you're going to get perfect and easy, then think again. Having two of them made it fun to see who could get their plane up in the air for the longest. We laughed harder at the crash landings than when they stayed in the air. Definitely fly where there is a soft landing, like on grass, if you want them to not break apart.

I bought these for my son's birthday and they were a huge hit! What an incredible value as well. We spent hours outside playing with them, racing them, and seeing what they could do. My son and his friends have had a ball with them. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought the planes for the kids and they liked playing with them. I looked at prices for model planes that fly and they were really expensive. Even if they don't have a long life span, they were still worth it. The kids will probably get sick of playing with them before they break anyways. I got my money's worth.

I had a great time playing with this with my 10 year old son. It's easy to use and fun to fly. Be aware that you should take off and land on grass. Too many crash landings on concrete will be tough on any flying toy, this one included. Overall, it's a hit!

What a complete waste of money. These things hardly flew at all before the pieces started falling off them. My kids must think the elves are completely incompetent. These are going back.

These planes are garbage. I bought one for my husband and one for my son and they are both dissapointed. They will hardly get off the ground, they have no rudder control. If the boxes haden't been thrown away Christmas morning they would be going back to Overstock today.
