If a company is going to ship chocolate or any other food interstate and take up to 10 business days to do so - the items SHOULD be shipped in an insulated box. This would eliminate the embarassing phone call from the recipient of the gift assuring you that "It doesn't matter , it's the thought that counts, I'm sure they will taste good...."
