What is the Main Street Revolution?
Locally owned and operated by Toni and Ron Jorgensen in American Fork ,Utah, Rib City is currently on its 5th year. The sauces and recipes were created by Paul and Craig Peden, who own the small family franchise from Florida and have been in business for 20 years. The sauces are made out of the local locations daily and all of the food is made from scratch at the Restaurant. Rib City is known for its sauce, fall-off-the-bone baby-back ribs and the great side dishes. Toni runs the business and does all the marketing while Ron smokes the food daily.

LOVE Rib City Sauces... All of them. I mix all three together and its delish! Rib City is my favorite barbeque, and when I left FL I stocked up on this sauce. Just ran out and glad to see it is for sale online! The best!
