After receiving the product (2 days ago), I'm very happy with the quality. This necklace has a nice vibe of natural colours and visual textures. You can tell the carving of the river stones are very precise, if they truely are "hand-carved river stone" then they have done a fantastic job. There was no thank you note as others have mentioned, but I wasn't expecting a note, I was expecting a great necklace, and a great necklace is what I got. Worth it.

I thought the magnets would be a great idea for ease, but it ended up that not a single supplier could provide me with magnets of sufficient strength. That is why for many months now I have added a safety chain, or put either a Lobster clasp or hook and eye clasp on all the bracelets. I would be honored to replace any lost items - or repair those that didn't get lost - at no cost; even if you have already returned the item and received your refund.
