I have had severe chronic pain for years now and I'm some what of a "pillow snob". This is by far the best pillow I have purchased in terms of comfort and support and adjustability. Also, recently, my daughter had to have surgery and had to sleep at a forty-five degree angle. this pillow made it so asy to keep her in the correct position. This pillow has replaced all the other body pillows in my life. I plan to buy at least two more because I never want to be without this spcific pillow ever again.
