  This looked like a great idea for me because I have to ice my shoulder frequently. I thought this product would allow me to apply ice to my shoulder and not be stuck sitting or lying down while on ice. Not true. This wrap is very bulky and loose. It does ice the area well, but you cannot be mobile while icing, it will not stay on. It's also very complicated to use. It's not just "fill with ice and slip it on", which is what I was hoping for. It's also more expensive than it's worth.
