This bed arrived completely shrink wrapped. A note was included to inform me that the bed may take a few days to fully expand. My bed took almost a week to get to the full 3 inches. Now that it is fully expanded it's what I expected.

The description says it is three inches thick. We ordered two and they arrived rolled up and vacuum sealed. The note inside the box said to unroll the bed and it will expand to three inches (it was about 1/2 inch thick when it arrived). We have had them for over a month and it is barely two inches thick. Not a quality product for the price.

This item is VERY thin and hard. My 3 dogs hate this bed & won't use it. zipper is plastic & breaks easily! spend your money on a different bed!
