What is the Main Street Revolution?
Bidwell Candies was started by the founder Virgil Bidwell in 1920 out of his garage. He had a passion for chocolate and wanted to share that with others. He ran the business for several years then moved it to a storefront sometime in the 1930's. He and his family ran the business for many years. His daughter took over and carried on the tradition for over 25 years.
Bidwell candies has been a local icon since its conception. 90-percent of the materials used are original: copper kettles, marble slabs, etc. The concept is still the same as well as the recipes used. All chocolates are handmade and hand-packed in the USA.
Every day is a fun day in the chocolate world. It is very rewarding to create something out of simple ingredients and we love coming to work!!

A super gift for Truffle lovers
I sent these to a good friend who loves Truffles and she was elated and even called me special to let me know how good they were and thank me. After shopping around especially at GODIVA whom I do not use any more because they are so rude I found prices here on OVERSTOCK to be the best around and also if you are an O rewards member their is an extra 5 or 6% return to you on your account after delivery. Super buy.
