Zuca Pro-rolling Carry-on with Seat and Travel Cover

When traveling and at the airport I need their wheelchair service. Guess where I sat waiting for the wheel chair. With the wheelchair the Zuca easily shared my footrests and rode between my feet. Its flat top held the balance of my carry-ons. Transition from wheelchair to plane fast and smooth. The Zuca flew around the corner, by the time I caught up to it a young lady was sliding it into the overhead bin. When I did wheel it down the aisle I never once hit a chair or person. I'm going to get an other set of inserts just for oil painting stuff.

I wanted the zuca pro the first time I saw it. The cost was a concern- I didn't want to spend that much money on a bag that was not truly useful. I read online reviews, checked prices, and fully researched the Zuca Pro for a month before purchasing from Overstock. I found an Overstock coupon online, and got a better deal than I could for a used pink Zuca Pro on ebay. It comes with the packing cubes and protective cover- (which I think is a bit of a hassle to use- so I often leave it off) I've used my zuca on domestic and international flights, and it fits in the overhead bins of all but the small regional planes. I love the organization of the bag- going through security is super-fast, and TSA screeners appreciate this bag. People are always curious about it at the airport. The zuca helps me stay organized, packs enough for a 3-5 day trip, or handles all the technology items I need for work closer to home. It is WONDERFUL to have when waiting to board--now I am always one of the first in line, because I can sit anywhere. I sit while waiting to go through the long security lines abroad, when seats at the gate are full, and when in line to board during last minute delays. The protective cover is great if you have to check the bag, but you don't have to use it. My zuca pro has seen lots of travel in the months I've had it, and it still works and looks great. Pro's- its a bag that's a seat, easy organization, lightweight, easy to put in overhead bin, comfortable handle, low center of gravity makes pulling the bag through huge airports easier. Overall the zuca pro makes travel more enjoyable. Con's- the protective cover is a hassle if you want to get into your bag on long international layovers- it's bulky when not in use- I leave it at home when I know I won't need it. I would not hesitate to buy the zuca pro bag again. Look for a good overstock coupon and treat yourself to the best rolling bag I have ever owned.

I travel weekly and bought this on a suggestion from a flight attendant. In the three weeks I have had it it has been dropped out of the bed of my truck, been used as a chair daily, rolled over the sidewalks of New York, and tossed around by careless hotel shuttle drivers. Aside from some scuffs, it still works like new. The wheels hold up better then on my last three bags. I sprayed the cover with water repelant which paid off my first trip to Seattle. The small bags inside make packing it easier and if you add some heavey cardboard to them to stiffen the sides, your clothes don't get nearly as wrinkled. Good weekend trip bag, easy to move around as well, and I don't worry about the handles coming off in my hand like most other bags out there. One thing to think about, it stays the size it is, doesn't get bigger or smaller if you want it to. Just something my sister commented on since she often takes a bag that expands if she goes shopping on her trip.

I'm giving the Zuca Pro a tentative 5-star review simply because I have yet to use it. As for the features of the bag, it seems solidly put together and I love the organizational capabilities of the packing cubes. Before purchasing from Overstock, I searched far and wide for the absolute best price for the BLACK...and Overstock is the lowest (except the day after I added it to my cart, the price mysteriously went up by $11). I very nearly did not purchase the bag, because while the description said it came with the travel cover, no where in the photos was the travel cover shown. I asked Live Chat to clarify and they told me that , "NO, it doesn't not come with the travel cover". Just to verify...the travel cover (a $45 value) IS INCLUDED.

As a frequent traveler I need a reliable and strong bag. This one most certainly meets those requirements. The packing cubes are a different approach to packing, but they work out very well for me. I am finding the side pockets, small and large, to be more useful than I first thought. All in all, a great buy!
