I was a little disappointed with the overall appearance of this bag when it arrived - it does look cheap and a little shabby. Personally, I would not have bought it had I actually seen it (rather than a picture) in real life before purchasing - one of the risks of purchasing clothes, accessories, etc. over the Internet!
This backpack/carryall is so pretty and made extremely well. I have had so many compliments on it. I bike to work so this fits my other shoes, phone, keys, wallet, etc. A very good choice.
