The zipper was not sewn straight. I told my son to make sure when he used the 2 zippers to close the bag that he zip it toward the middle as opposed to the end as it seemed it would get stuck. Well he zipped one way and when he tried to unzip it the zipper did indeed get stuck and one of them fell off. We used the other zipper to close the bag. We will see if that zipper holds for a day or two--if not we will be sending it back. Too bad, it is nice looking for a middle school boy who wants to look a tad stylish :)
