The first time I used this suitcase, the plastic name plate broke and left gapping holes in the suitcase where the name plate once was.

Ordered 2 of these. After reading many suitcase reviews decided that cheap & expensive bags both seem to get wrecked by airlines so went with these cheaper cases. They held up to luggage handlers in 3 countries, multiple plane changes each time, overnight trains, and being wheeled around Vienna's underground, Venice's streets, off & on countless stairs, escalators... and they survived! No broken parts at all. Pretty amazing for a large $45 suitcase. It is also very lightweight (which we wanted) as advertised. The color option ones are easy to pick out in baggage claim. I used a bit of Febreeze spray on them and a couple drier sheets to air them out and that dealt with the plastic smell they came with. The handle does feel a little "flimsy" but they did hold up for this mega trip.

I used this luggage on my trip to Australia. This suite may be taken aboard as carry on. I over packed it, and the airlines told me I had to check it in. They said: "due to the nature of the case, we'll wrap it in a thick plastic bag for its protection." I never had a suite case wrapped ANYWHERE for its protection! This is one of the best purchases I've made in luggage, ever. It is very handsome, and has two great zipped pockets on the outside for organizing paperwork, passports, pens, cell phone, etc. Its construction is fabulous, and passengers ogle it when you pass into the premium lounge at the airport.

Many reviews mentioned the chemical smell. It was there but I kept the suitcase open in a well ventilated space and the odor went away. I think I also used Febreze or the such. My advise to you -- don't buy this immediately before the trip. Now the suitcase may only have the trace of that plastic smell, but it is not transferred to the clothes inside. Durable; good wheels and handle. Good deal for the money. Pretty accurate representation of color (I bought the rusty-orange one). Survived several flights so far. I am a big fan of cheaper luggage because the cheap and the expensive ones last for about the same; moreover, they get dirty and worn-out at about the same rate, so you can keep replacing the cheap ones every several years or so and your luggage always looks neat.

I am really disappointed. Received my suitcase today and am leaving for 2 weeks an the suitcase has a cracked frame. The top of the suitcase has a plastic frame on the inside and it really cheap plastic. The top will cave in without this plastic bar. It has a piece of tape already on it, so I am think I received someone else s return. So I say it is cheaply made and they resold a defective item.

These cases are beautiful!! I won't have any problems identifying my suitcase at the airport. Only needed the large o e since I have a great carry on, but after I got the large size I just had to order the carry on also. I was not gonna peel the protective plastic off, but it was torn off partially on the smaller case. I like the dull look with the plastic on. Won't use it till June, so can't tell if it holds up.

The suitcase was just what I needed and seems to be okay quality. The worst part is the smell is very strong (chemicals or plastic?) and it will fill a whole room and scent your clothes. Other than that I'm happy with it.

After three international trips, and 4 in the U.S., the zipper on this suitcase is coming apart from the plastic. Also, the larger suitcase (bought as a set) is cracked. I travel a lot, and will not buy this brand again.

This suitcase is big and roomy and glides easily on the spinner wheels. I haven't used it for travel yet, but I'm hoping it holds up to the rough handling by the airlines. My only negative comment is that it has a stong plastic smell and I'm airing it out before I put my clothes in it.

The pattern and the surface looks great. However, the zippers, wheels, and handles are made of very cheap material. The suitcase is made of plastic, although it is very light weight, it looks very thin and I had strong doubts about its ability to survive a long trip. I returned it.

Bought this with a trip to, ironically, Rome in mind. First trip, the "hard" case was punctured and the wheel was chipped off. The plastic this is constructed with is flimsy and not solid. I definitely would not recommend this for any seasoned traveller. Perhaps OK for the 1 trip a year folk, but not for anyone else.

I just received this suitcase in the mail and one of the wheels was broken off! The plastic connector that connected the wheel to to the suitcase was completely mangled. Glad to have realized the quality of the suitcase before my trip - would have been a bummer to have to deal with this overseas. I was very excited to get it for my trip and was left very disappointed, will not be exchanging for a new one.

Purchased in October and used for the first time in December. The plastic divider that separates the top and the bottom of the suitcase is glued to the suitcase. It became separated after one use, so now all the items in the luggage just get mixed together in one large pile. VERY disappointed!

I like this suitcase. I can literally pick it up with one finger; it's that light. The ABS plastic outer shell ensures that it won't break under pressure. Four wheels make very convenient to tow this thing around. Price is very reasonable for this kind of quality and workmanship

While this orange suitcase can be spotted a mile away, you won't be able to do so for very long because after only 1 flight it is half black. Also, 2 corners are torn already where they were not reinforced with plastic. I am extremely disappointed with this product because it is very lightweight and super easy to handle and I loved the color. The airline would not even hear of my complaint because they are not responsible for stains, tears and scuffs, only punctured holes.

This luggage is the best. Zippers are durable and doesn't break. There's a lot of space for clothes up to 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. Very durable, but gets scratched up very easily due to the plastic casing. Overall, I would recommend this luggage.

I bought the Neocover spinner suitcase because it looked study and was beautiful. It was roomy and the wheels worked well. On the bad end it arrived with a defect in the zipper that does the expansion of the suitcase. I didn't want to mail it back so I thought I'd have to live with it. However, having just come back from my second flight the suitcase wheel separated and cracked away from the plastic body. It has another crack elsewhere on the front of the suitcase. It didn't even last me three months and I have to go buy another suitcase! The material is not strong enough. Don't buy this suitcase. Too bad. It was really easy to find on the conveyer belt.

I received my Olympia Spinner suitcase, but one of the wheels was broken beyond repair- It's made of some kind of plastic. The body of the suitcase looks great and appears strong. However, the wheels need to be made with better material. Maybe it's fine for a short trip. I had the suitcase replaced with another one just like it. I hope that it can endure an international trip, for I will be going to Brazil in two months. All in all, it looks very nice........I just hope it comes back in one peace.

Recently we took it on several cross country flights and it came through with flying colors. The color chosen only shows on the face (front) of the suitcase which created some confusion at the baggage claim. As the suitcase went around the conveyor, it was upside-down appearing to be black. It went around several times before we recognized it to be ours. Since then we've tied ribbons to the handle. The plastic is also light and how durable the handles prove to be, time will tell.

I would not recommend this suitcase to anyone. I purchased a total of (3), one for my husband, myself and my daughter. It is the 3rd suitcase from this company to have problems. They look wonderful, they are a nice size and they roll nicely until you actually load it up and use it. On the second trip using this suitcase the bottom plastic area near the wheels developed cracks on both sides. I had to throw this suitcase in the garbage after just 2 trips. This is very similar to the problem we had with the first 2 suitcases, they both broke after just the first trip. The area around the wheels totally cracked after using it just once. It's a waste of money, spend more money and get a better quality suitcase!

Packing for a cruise is not quite the same as packing for a hotel stay. While you may spend seven days on a cruise and need the same amount of clothing as you would need for a land-based vacation, you simply cannot pack for a cruise in the same way as you would for a trip to the mountains or beach. The reason for this is that the average cruise ship cabin is going to have about half the square footage as the average hotel room. Your luggage choice needs to reflect this confined space.
