not recommend
i bought this backpack and i was simply disappointed, in the past i have order backpacks from this company and to this day i still have that backpack and had no problems, but after 2 years i decided to get a new one, i chose this one...it's on its way back to the company.

Its ok
the quality was good just there is a one things i would like see change, but for the price it was good enough. I would like to see the handle lock in place, the pocket are very very roomy... the pocket were big enough for me to get someone to monogram my son's name on it for summer camp. i have only had it for 2 week so far so good lets see how it comes back from summer camp.

CHEAP product!
I have had this backpack for maybe 2-3 weeks now and the zipper is already splitting almost every time I zip it up. Because I modify the backpack by cutting off the straps so I can fit it in my locker with ease, I don't think I can return it at this point. Which sucks, because the zipper has nothing to do with the straps. On a positive note, it was a great price, and I received it in 2 or 3 days after ordering it.
