Love this
This has saved my back big-time. I carry just about everything in my purse - besides wallet, lunch etc. and my purse was too heavy. This is perfect, except wish there was rubber wheels instead of the plastic wheels - they are noisy - but still fine by me.

Rolling Along
I've had this item for 2 weeks and just started using it. This is a top quality item, the fabric, zippers and fasteners seem to be well made. The extending handle feels firm, not rickety like a few others I've owned. There is a zippered pocket on the inside just behind the handle mechanism. Since I carry a 15 inch laptop in the bag I decided to cut a piece of 1 inch foam and insert it in the pocket to keep the laptop from banging against the handle mechanism. Of course it would be better if the product came with a padded laptop compartment, or foam already in the pocket. The backpack straps could have a bit more padding. We'll see how well it stands up over time.
