Handle is too short
This bag is designed for people of shorter stature. the handle height extends to only 35.5 Inches. I took it on an international trip and could not initially understand why I was having so much difficulty. It was very uncomfortable to push the bag along side. When I arrived home I compared it to a simililarly sized bag and realized the limitation was with the handle height. I wrote to the company directly and I receieved a response with incorrect specifications. My bag did not appear to have any defects other than this major design flaw so this bag may be appropriate for those of shorter stature. I am 5'8" and agree with the other reviewer. If you are tall...do not buy this bag.

NEGATIVE
I PURCHASED TWO, ONE FOR ME AND MY WIFE. I OPENED MINE AND NOTICED THE BEAD LINING WAS SOMEHOW DAMAGED AT THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE THE BOX WAS NOT DAMAGED. I REALIZED THAT BECAUSE IT SEEMED THAT IT WAS EASILY DAMAGED, I HAD TO MAKE A JUDGMENT THAT THE REST OF THE MATERIALS WERE ALSO INFERIOR KNOWING IT WAS MADE IN CHINA. THE PULL HANDLE WAS ALSO TOO SHORT EVEN FOR A MAN WHO IS ONLY 5'8".
