There must be a whole in the pillow, but I did not find this out until I was on a 9 hour flight and I needed the lumbar support. I tossed it!

Love the shape of the pillow--very comfortable, but can only give it three stars for how hard it was to inflate----the air opening was almost non-existent.

The pillow can be inflated to precisely fit one's back, and is quite comfortable. Since there is second driver for both vehicles I drive, I cut off the belt off that would normally be used to tie the cushion to the seat. I had used the same brand and model inflatable lumbar pillow before till it developed a leak that I could not repair. I liked it enough to get a couple of them again to make sure that I will always have one when I'm travelling.
