I ordered both travel pillows to see which would work best. This pillow (the grey pillow) is a little bigger than the other, which I thought would allow me to rest it on my lap rather than the tray table.
The other travel pillow sold by OS (the blue pillow) worked better for me in all respects. I'm small enough (5'2") to rest the blue one on my lap or on the tray table, depending on what feels better to my back. The blue one has a single two -tiered port for very easy inflation and quick deflation. The grey pillow has separate valves for inflation and for deflation, and the flap for inflation makes blowing it up a little harder.
The grey has a fleece-like covering which is ok, but doesn't add much to the comfort. It also has a sleeve for your handls while you sleep, but it's looser than the sleeve on the blue pillow, and I think my hands would sllp out if I fell asleep.
So, it's a little more expensive, not as easy to use, and takes more breaths (and more effort) to inflate than the blue travel pillow. Perhaps its size would make this the better choice for a taller person, but I liked the blue pillow enough to buy two more .
