My wife and I travel 150 days a year staying in at least 2 hotels a week. We've been using our current Traveler's Choice 21" bags for 3 years. Our similiar Traveler's Choice bags we used prior to these lasted 5 years and were still usable when we retired them. The bags are light and strong. The pull out handles are long and the wheels turn easily. The zippers have never broken. Getting the blue bags helps when finding your bags at the airport.

Wanted this to work as a carry-on for an upcoming trip. But when received, the zippers were basically warped and stuck, making it difficult to open up. It required a lot of force to get the zippers moving. I felt sure that something was going to break with the amount of effort needed to zip. Also, it is not quite the right size for carry-ons. It is thinner than allowed but wider than allowed on most airlines. You can frequently escape detection, but when a flight is full, they sometimes crack down by asking people to check their carry-on in the size frame near the gate. This bag would fail for many airlines and yet, it could have passed and carried the same stuff and more if the dimensions better matched the airline rules. That's probably why it is cheaper.

Held everything we needed and then some for a 10 day trip. Used as carry on. Required to check on return with the extra weight of purchases.

Bought the bag as I travel every week and my old bag was getting very worn. Also was looking for a bit smaller bag as I have been getting grief from the airlines that my old one was a bit oversized. I have just started using and size is great, the jury is still out on the construction as the handle does not seem as strong as my previous bag. Compartments are excellent for storage.

I have not yet used the carry on but will next week while traveling to CA. With airline fees going up it is was intention to get the largest carry on to avoid the fees. I believe the bag should meet all my needs.

I puchased this suitcase after I realized I could use a larger size and still not have to check any luggage. I was able to fit all of my clothes for a 7-day cruise in it. The quality of materials is very good. The expandable option is a nice plus. The inline wheels work perfectly too. I received it in a very timely manner as well. This suitcase worked perfectly for me!

Construction is awesome, it is very well made. Nice outside storage pouches as well. Also had a hangar that came with the bag and was located inside. Very useful.

Shipping was extremely fast on the 2 suitcases I bought.The price was fantastic as I had been pricing like cases at dept stores They are exactly as discribed & pictured. Love the inside and outside of this piece of luggage. The outside pockets hold a lot, as does the inside. Nothing about this luggage is flimsy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've had a bit of trouble with the zippers that open the main compartments. The zippers are very heavy duty, however, so I think they will hold up quite well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Was glad I stepped up from the cheapest upright and chose this one. I really like the expandable folding for extra packaging. Built to last, I could not be happier with it.

One doesn't know the quality of these bags until they have been used for a year or so. With a typical load of 50+ pounds, the vinyl carrying handle pulled out of its moorings to create a less-desirable handling situation. Also, the wheels are lousy. What does one want for under $$$? I ordered the $$$ Ricardo with bigger and better wheels. Hopefully, the straps will hold up to heavy usage.

This bag is a real no no. 1. It is much smaller than shown in the image. 2. It is 10lb heavy in weight. With carry on baggage limit of 20 lb, this bag is burden rather than help. It can give only 10lb room for personal stuff. 3. On front of the bag, there was a sticker that California Health Association has deemed materials used in making the bag known to cause cancer. 4 It is overpriced for its quality and user friendliness. The negatives outnumber positives. I have no time to return the item before the travel, but would discard it after one use. Will never buy it again nor recommend it to anyone. Carry on luggage sold at around the corner stores in neighborhood are far better (lighter), with god material and a lot cheaper.

I purchase this carryon suitcase to use when I travel It appears to be in pretty good condition. I did not find anytrhing that needed repair, and intend to use it shortly ona trip I am taking out of town. It apprears very sturdy and has plenty of room in it.

I spent a long time picking a bag for my travels and finally decided on this 21" carry on. However, what I received is much larger than the measurements on the product description. I don't know if they sent me a 25" bag by mistake or have a way of measuring that does not comply with Overstock's guidelines. I think they sent me a 25" bag. The only tag on the bag is for the 3-piece set which lists all sizes - there was no packing slip or marking on the box to indicate what had been shipped. Not wanting to give it another try as I need a bag for my trip, I chose something else. Overstock was great about the return and verified that their stated measurements are intended to include wheels and handles. So buyer beware with Travelers Choice measurements. Too bad because I really liked the bag.

The bag has a lot of room and rolls easy when traveling. The only thing I wish they would have included in the bag is a place to put dirty clothes. This is not a deal breaker for the bag. I use the dry cleaner plastic bags from the hotels to store them but would have been nice to just place them in an area designed for that.

Ordered this last minute for a trip and it was just what I needed. I got it a couple days before my flight and was able to air it out good (a previous review said it was wrapped in plastic and really smelled like it, which is very true.) Lots of pockets and the snap in shaving kit saved time and hassle through security.

Bought two of these suicases for my husband and I to travel with. We hate to check luggage and these are the perfect carry-on size. They are well made and have a lot of space. They also expand so there is room for the extras you may be bringing back home from your destination. I would recommend this suitcase, durable, lots of room and easy to use with its expandable handle and wheels.
