Good Bang for the buck
I travel for a living and was constantly buying a new bag every 3-4 months. I got the idea for a hardside by watching another traveler pull one of the luggage carousel. Because I was used to buying a new bag quarterly, I was hesitant to spend more than $100.00 on a hardside so this was a good "trial run" for a hardside. So far I have taken it with me on five trips and it is holding up great. It does not show "handling wear" that you see after regular loading. The wheels work great and make it real easy to move through airports, hotel parking lots, etc.... I am able to put my laptop case on top of the unit and walk with it beside me, which is much easier on the back (and Feet) than dragging it behind me. I am over 6' tall and the handle is long enough for me. That has been an issue in the past. When I first unpacked the case from the box and opened it I was a little alarmed on how small the inside appeared. I was pleased though how much it holds. I am able to pack 3-5 days of clothes comfortably. One side has an enclosed zipper compartment so I am able to neatly fold dress pants and shirts and they are held securely. So far I am very pleased with this suitcase and it is holding up better than any case I have previously purchased. This unit has convinced me that hardside cases are the way to go if you are a frequent, casual , or occasional traveler. The only thing I might have changed on this unit would be an integrated tag holder and perhaps a more durable zipper, although the zipper still works great, I think down the road it might be the first thing to be a problem.

Great luggage
My husband used this hardcase luggage for his trip, and he loved it. He had to check this luggage, becuse of its size. He was surprised how well this luggge held up. I think this luggage is wonderful...everybody asked him if he got that from Europe. Its style is fabulous and it really can hold lots of stuff. My husband said it was very easy for him to locate the luggage in a crowded airport as well!!!!!

Junk luggage
The worst piece of luggage I've ever owned. I travel constantly for work and was completely diappointed in this product, what junk! It cracked in several places after my second trip and is now completely useless. When I complained to Overstock.com I was told to take my complaint to the manufacturer Traveler's Choice. They have no phone number and the return/replace policy is like jumping through hoops what a horrible experience. In the end I gave up (like I'm sure they wanted) and threw the luggage in the trash. I will NEVER buy from Traveler's Choice again I can't believe the lack of customer service, I should have expected it after using thier product. Save yourself time money and headache and spend a littler more and buy a quality product.

Used this to transport my iMac 20" to Europe
The iMac made the trip and so did the suitcase in good condition. I surrounded part of the screen with part of the styrofoam given in the original iMac case then surrounded it with heavy clothes and some bubble wrap. I got this for this hardshell on purpose but was able to take a ton of clothes with it too. Good product so far and even rolled easily. It suffered no damage from the airline.

Great Buy!
Very nice suitcase. Lightweight but very sturdy. It holds a lot of items, so need to take any other suitcases along.

Loved the size!
Disappointed in the thickness of the shell. Did not last for 4 trips since October 2012. Loved the size though.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The shell was very thin. The bag I had before lasted over 4 years and I am an Event Planner and travel domestically from East Coast to West Coast with events. I just purchased this bag in October and took it on 4 trips and the shell busted on a flight this weekend from Stamford, CT to Charlotte, NC!

Great Luggage
This was a second order, very light weight, easy to role and lots of room for packaing large items. Its also rain proof, we were in a heavy rain storm and all our clothing was perfectly dry. Love the luggage!!!
