I bought this set after reading the ratings, deciding that the good reviews outweighed the bad by far. However, I still had some concerns since the majority of the reviewers listed themselves as infrequent travelers and I am not. I fly round trip 3 to 4 times a months, so my luggage is subjected to excessive amounts of airport handling. Would it crack open like the bad reviews said? Could I afford to replace them if I had to?( I bought the 2 year extended warranty in case that happened).I didn't want my review to be premature, so I waited a few trips before giving one. So far so good. In fact, the luggage even exceeded my expectations. Incredibly lightweight, sleek, spacious, a breeze to maneuver, and very very classy in black. I feel like I'm walking around with expensive luggage, and when it comes down on the carousel amongst all the other beat-up looking bags, I feel ridiculously proud. No dents, no cracks, just class. It even looks good being wheeled into the lobby of Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Sure, it's not Louis Vuitton, but still looks amazing. So 5 stars plus on Appearance, and fingers crossed that the 5 stars on Durability stays true.

The Luggage is beautiful, I have not had the opportunity to travel with it yet but, it did survive my big dog climbing o it to smell it. So it should work out nicely

The suitcases were great! We took theme to Europe and they held up well (as we all know airlines beat up the suitcases). The four wheels are a great feature as opposed to two. The divided inside compartments are great too.

I have had many bags, but these are one of the most decent bags I've ever used. They are very easy to use and handle. The wheels are very smooth. They can go frontwards, backwards, sideways, and even on carpet without any problem.

We recently purchased this luggage based on the reviews from Overstock and they were all accurate!! We went on an international trip and the luggage was super easy to maneuver, a great size, and although received a small dent, it popped right back out!!

I'm so pleased with my new luggage I've ordered one for my husband's birthday. Both of us like the spinner wheels and the simple organization and sturdy construciton. It also meets the ever-changing airline requirements. It's relatively light, stands out from other bags, and has survived 2 round trips so far.

The item itself is good and I am very satisifed that I purchased this product. This is a perfect set of luggage for the average traveler. Perfect size for any vacation, and surprisingly big. The quality met my expectations and I'm pretty sure they could hold up to anything since traveling through airports isn't very gentle on luggage. I would definitely recommend this.

SPEND THE EXTRA $30 AND BUY SAMSONITE. ALL 3 PIECES OF LUGGAGE FELL APART (CRACKED AND BROKE) ON THEIR FIRST PLANE TRIP. CHEAP JUNK!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Not only are they durable and light, but i can easily distinguish it when waiting for them on the baggage claim at the airport. Love it

I'm very pleased with my luggage quality and the price i paid . Excellent customer service and prompt delivery and ease of purchasing are the major reasons why I like to shop from overstock.com. When your e-mail popped up announcing the sale, I immediately sent in my order which took all of 2 minutes. Follow ups were informative and assuring. As promised, the luggage arrived promptly at my doorstep. It is very modern looking in black. I will be off to Colorado with it in a few weeks! I'm excited to use it.

We've used all two pieces of the set. While I love thise set, be aware that there's no built in lock. There's only a TSA pad lock for the set, but for all two pieces. The handles and the wheels seem very strong. There's a lot of room in the main comaprtments and the little zippered pocket is also great for littel things like toothbrush and towels.

The handle and the overall build quality of the product is good. I was surprised by how light the smaller luggage is. The large luggage is not too light and not too heavy. I just came back from Toronta using the large luggage. It withheld all nasty airport abuse, except that there were a few scratches on the base. I'm happy with it.

This luggage was fantastic and definitely stood out at the airport. I received several compliments at the airport. It was great having such distinctive luggage. The handles seem strong. I did not have any problems with lifting & lowering the handles. They worked great, rolled nice & smoothly and all pieces were easy to handle. The luggage is much deeper than I would have imagined.

I bought this item because of the spinner wheels. Overall the suitcases were great, except one corner on the 29 inch suitcases was dented. My husband popped it back out, good as new. The spinner wheels made it very easy to get through customs.

one trip cracked all the way thru on the large piece and on the smallest one big dent into the corner. what they mean by flex is that it will flex as it breaks apart.. Save your money and buy big plastic trash liners, the trash liners will protect your clothes better.

I purchased one of these to try it out and was so happy with it, I purchased two more. My daughter has a joint disorder and cannot pull a suitcase behind her without it causing major problems. This worked like a charm for her; it was like walking a well-behaved dog. When I saw how well this worked, I bought her another one and one for myself. I travel all over the state for work and have to lug around various items of all sorts of weights, shapes, sizes including confidential case files, a laptop, manuals, etc. I love it. The value is exceptional.

Fortunately this purchase worked out for me. When comparing the quality of this set to what I could have bought at various retail outlets for the same money, this set is far superior. On a recent trip, I brought back a lot more clothes than I'd originally taken, and these suitcases accommodated the extras with no problem!

Excellent value for the price. Performs well, and because of the cost don't really worry about the abuse from airport luggage handlers. A real value for the dollar even the style is a littel different from what I expected.
