The luggage was lightweight and held everything I needed to pack with ample room. The wheel broke off as I was getting ready to check in to depart which caused me to have to drag this suitcase for the remainder of the trip. The luggage was not overweight and the wheels seem awfully small for such a large suitcase. Also has a strange flap on the outside where the case joins which asthetically should be placed on the inside. other than the whell I did like the ease of finding my case because of the color and the size.

Completely failed on first trip
This suitcase was damaged on its first short domestic flight. The bottom corner around one of the wheels was badly cracked. This could be attributable to airline handling. However, on the return flight (I had no option but to tape it up and hope for the best), the zipper failed. This cannot be blamed on airline handling, but can only be a product defect. I've used quite a few suitcases of this brand many times in the past on international flights, with no zipper problems, and only occasional body damage, as to be expected in frequent travel. So maybe this is just a fluke, but I am obviously very disappointed in its performance, and cannot recommend it to anyone. From the other review, it seems I may have a fight on my hands to get the company to honor the warranty, but I will try.

I recommed this suitcase to anyone the four wheels on the bottom made it so much easier to get around with not having to worry about being in someone else's way. Get one you will be glad you did. I got the yellow and it was easy to spot at the airport.

Didn't get a chance to use
Ordered this for a trip to Sweden. Received within 3-4 days of order which was fine. However, when I opened the box, there was no packing material at all - just the suitcase. When I pulled the suitcase out of the box, there was a deep cut on the back from the top to the bottom. Looks like a utility knife got the best of the case. Obviously the case is too easy to damage. I'll keep searching.

Don't waste your money -
I took one trip with this days after receiving it and upon arriving at my destination the logo was ripped off the front and half of the back panel was missing exposing the inside of the suitcase. I contacted the manufacturer and was told they weren't responsible for airline damage. The workmanship on this is so shoddy that unless you're going to carry it around in your arms DON'T BUY IT. It's flimsy and the customer service at *** is appalling...

The case seems well, but offgas smell is bad
The case seems well made and is a nice size. The only initial problem with it is the off gas smell. It permeates the entire room. I have it lying open in an unused attic area and am hoping the smell diminishes by May when I have to use it. The best things about the item are the size, the price and that shipping from Overstock was only $2.95!!!!! Other sites I checked wanted $30 -$40 for shipping.
